World heritage representing Botswana A trip to enjoy the Okavango Delta

6 nights 7 days

Although not well known to the Japanese, Botswana is a relatively safe country in Africa and is extremely rich in mineral resources such as diamonds and has one of the most economical powers in Africa. Also, since there are relatively few tourists, you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing trip.

Enjoy the untouched nature of Botswana as you move through the campgrounds at the world’s largest inland delta, the Okavango Delta, in the Kalahari Desert, north of Botswana.

Key aspects of this tour

Enjoy the world heritage Okavango Delta

You can camp at 3 places, ‘Moremi Game Reserve’, ‘Kwai District of Okavango Delta’ and ‘Subti District of Chobe National Park’, and have a special experience with nature. Enjoy with your five senses the starry sky in the Delta sky, the setting sun, and wildlife.
Traveling in an extraordinary way will strengthen your bonds by creating time to face your friends and family as you travel and sharing special moments.

Enjoy safari comfortably!

This tour is called a mobile camp, where camping equipment is loaded onto the vehicle and the vehicle stays in three places while moving within the Okavango Delta.
Let the staff handle everything such as tent assembly, bed making, and meal preparation. A toilet and a simple shower are installed next to the tent, which is as comfortable as a lodge night. Since a generator is prepared, you can charge the camera etc. Let’s enjoy a comfortable camping night while leaving it to nature.
On the last day of the tour, stay in a lodge with Wifi to relieve your travel fatigue.

Highlights

Botswana Safari Camp Tour: 7 Days

Called Africa’s ‘Last Eden’, the Okavango Delta is one of Africa’s most beautiful and well-preserved ecosystems. It is an inland delta in the Kalahari Desert in the northern part of Botswana, and is also known as Okavango Wetlands and is the first World Natural Heritage site in Botswana. The Okavango Delta peaks in July, impacted by seasonal floods from the Angola to Delta floods from March to June. This peak coincides with the dry season in Botswana, where the trails of the plain move significantly from the hinterland to the dry season.

To the east of the Okavango Delta, this is the region with the most land. There are many animals, including elephants, especially during the dry season, where you can see many wildlife such as buffalo, giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, hyenas, jackals, and even large and small antelopes including red lechwe. It is possible. Wild dogs (also known as lycaon), which have a sharp decline in headcount in other regions, are common in Moremi.

Botswana’s first national park. The national park spans five countries: Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Angola. The highest density of African elephants on the continent.
