Preliminary Itinerary and Travel Plan
Let’s start by discussing your ideas. Based on what you want to experience, see, and do in Africa—whether it’s big or small—we’ll help craft the perfect trip. We’ll create a personalized itinerary based on your schedule and budget, making your African adventure truly one of a kind.
This initial planning phase usually takes the longest, but don’t worry—we’ll work together until you’re fully satisfied with every detail.

Flight Booking & Travel Cost Estimate
Once we’ve finalized your travel dates, we’ll prepare an estimate for you to review. If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll move on to the next steps: confirming your reservation and arranging payment.
To book your trip, simply follow the link provided for reservations.
For flights, we can arrange tickets on your behalf if you prefer, or you’re welcome to handle the bookings yourself. For airfare from Japan to Africa, please transfer the payment in Japanese yen to our designated account.
If the estimate exceeds your budget, don’t worry! We can adjust the trip by modifying the hotel, guide services, or transportation to better suit your preferences and budget.

Booking Confirmation and Payment Process
3.1.Reservation Confirmation and Payment Details
Once you’ve confirmed your travel dates and the total cost, please proceed by transferring 30% of the trip price to our account as a deposit. This deposit officially secures your booking and finalizes all arrangements.
The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before your departure. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount upfront to avoid multiple transfer fees.
Please note that the 30% deposit covers hotel reservations, guides, and transportation, and is non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend making your decision carefully. Once the full payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not possible, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, 70% of the total trip cost will be retained.
3.2. Payment Methods
International Bank Transfer (in US Dollars) Please transfer the payment in USD to our Panama headquarters. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer, and payments are typically confirmed within 1 to 3 business days. Each transfer incurs a $60 fee—this covers charges from both the sending and receiving banks. Please be aware that this fee is in addition to any fees charged by your local bank.
Bank Transfer to Japan Office (in Japanese Yen) For payments in Japanese yen, please transfer to our designated account at a rate of +3 yen over the current USD rate. This additional rate covers currency conversion and international remittance costs. We appreciate your understanding.
Credit Card Payment via PayPal If you’d like to pay by credit card, we can send you an invoice through PayPal. A 4% processing fee will apply, along with an exchange rate of $1 USD + 3 yen for currency conversion. Please note that these fees are added to the total amount.

Before Your Trip
Once your payment has been completed, we will send you the final itinerary, vouchers (hotel and tour confirmations), emergency contact information, and travel details about your destination two weeks before your departure.
